Drought of Record definition

Drought of Record means the time period during which the most severe drought conditions occurred for a particular area or location, as indicated by the available hydrologic and meteorologic data.
Drought of Record means, for reservoirs, the month with the highest concentration of a given conservative parameter as predicted by hydrologic and mass balance considerations. For stream IPR projects, the drought of record means the lowest monthly average streamflow over a minimum 40 year period of record or other period of record as approved by DEQ.

Related to Drought of Record

  • Architect of Record means the architect licensed by the State who has the contract responsibility for the Project, who designs and prepares the construction documents from which the building is constructed, and who signs the required documents.

  • Customer of Record means the person that applies for utility service and is identified in the account records of a public utility as the person responsible for payment of the public utility bill. A customer may or may not be an end user, as defined herein.
