Drought of Record definition

Drought of Record means the time period during which the most severe drought conditions occurred for a particular area or location, as indicated by the available hydrologic and meteorologic data.
Drought of Record means, for reservoirs, the month with the highest concentration of a given conservative parameter as predicted by hydrologic and mass balance considerations. For stream IPR projects, the drought of record means the lowest monthly average streamflow over a minimum 40 year period of record or other period of record as approved by DEQ.

  • Shareholder of Record means the record owner of shares issued by an Investment Company or, in the case of joint ownership of such shares, all record owners, as designated (1) in the initial account application, or (2) in writing accompanied by a signature guarantee, or (3) pursuant to procedures as set forth in the Application.
