Drug Related Paraphernalia means objects or materials designed to facilitate the taking, imbibing, injecting, inhaling or sale of illicit or illegal drugs or substances.

  • Tobacco paraphernalia means any item designed or marketed for the consumption, use, or preparation of Tobacco Products.

  • Drug paraphernalia means all equipment, products, and materials of any kind, which are used for injecting, ingesting, inhaling or otherwise introducing a drug into the human body. This includes, but is not limited to, all equipment, products and materials prohibited or controlled by State or Federal laws.

  • Paraphernalia means items used for the storage or use of usable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, or marijuana-infused products, such as, but not limited to, lighters, roach clips, pipes, rolling papers, bongs, and storage containers. Items for growing, cul­ tivating, and processing marijuana, such as, but not limited to, bu­ tane, lights, and chemicals are not considered "paraphernalia."

  • Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

  • Parent Related Party means Parent, Merger Sub, the Lender (as defined below), or any of their respective former, current and future general or limited partners, shareholders, financing sources, managers, members, agents, directors, officers, employees or Affiliates (excluding any Company Related Party).

  • Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.
