DSKX Note definition

DSKX Note means the $4,500,000 installment note of DSKX (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.7 of this Agreement), consisting of part of the Merger Consideration and in the form of Exhibit B annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
DSKX Note means the $4,500,000 installment note of DSKX (subject to adjustment) issued under the Radiancy Merger Agreement.
