Dual Participation Programs definition

Dual Participation Programs means the SCE demand response programs which permit service accounts in such programs to concurrently participate as a Participating Account under this Agreement (in accordance with the Dual Participation Rules), as such programs are approved, amended, added or removed from being eligible for dual participation by the CPUC from time to time.
Dual Participation Programs has means, for Demand Response Projects only, the SCE demand response programs which permit service accounts in such programs to concurrently participate as a Participating Account under this Agreement (in accordance with CPUC Decisions 00-00-000 and 00-00-000, SCE’s Supplemental Compliance Advice Filing dated March 17, 2010, pursuant to Decision 00-00-000, Rule 24 of the SCE Tariff, and any other existing or subsequent decisions, resolutions, or rulings related to concurrent participation in demand response programs, in each case as may be amended from time to time by the CPUC), as such programs are approved, amended, added or removed from being eligible for dual participation by the CPUC from time to time.
Dual Participation Programs means the SCE tariffed demand response programs which at such time permit service accounts in such programs to dual participate as a Participating Account under this Agreement, as such programs are approved, amended, added or removed from being able to dual participate by the Commission from time-to-time. As of July 1, 2013, the Dual Participation Programs consist of the DBP, Critical Peak Pricing, Optional Binding Mandatory Curtailment, and Real-Time Pricing.

More Definitions of Dual Participation Programs

Dual Participation Programs has means, for Demand Response Projects only, the SCE demand response programs which permit service accounts in such programs to concurrently participate as a Participating Account under this Agreement (in accordance with CPUC Decisions 09-08-027 and 12-11-025, SCE’s Supplemental Compliance Advice Filing dated March 17, 2010, pursuant to Decision 09-08-027, Rule 24 of the SCE Tariff, and any other existing or subsequent decisions, resolutions, or rulings related to concurrent participation in demand response programs, in each case as may be amended from time to time by the CPUC), as such programs are approved, amended, added or removed from being eligible for dual participation by the CPUC from time to time.

Related to Dual Participation Programs

  • L/C Participation shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Participation means an interest in a Loan that is acquired indirectly by way of a participation from a selling institution.

  • Educator preparation program means a planned sequence of academic courses and experiences leading to a recommendation for licensure by the State Board.

  • Direct Loan Participation means a Loan in respect of which, pursuant to a participation agreement, the Issuer is capable of creating, or procuring the creation of, a contractual right in favour of a notional protection seller that provides such notional seller with recourse to the participation seller for a specified share in any payments due under the relevant Loan which are received by such participation seller, any such agreement to be entered into between (i) such notional seller and (ii) either (A) the Issuer (to the extent the Issuer was then a lender or a member of the relevant lending syndicate), or (B) a Qualifying Participation Seller (if any) (to the extent such Qualifying Participation Seller is then a lender or a member of the relevant lending syndicate);

  • Active participation means an ongoing process of good faith negotiation between the state licensing agency and the Indiana elected committee of licensed managers to achieve joint planning of:

  • Participation Date means the date the individual becomes a qualified participant in Tier 2 as determined under section 701a(1)(b).

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • Participation Facility means any facility in which the applicable party (or a Subsidiary of it) participates in the management (including all property held as trustee or in any other fiduciary capacity) and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Pension program means the defined benefit pension program of the Oregon Public Service

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Participation Commitment means each Lender’s obligation to buy a participation of the Letters of Credit issued hereunder.

  • Participation Percentage means the rounded percentage of the total actual Project costs that will be contributed by the OPWC, not to exceed the maximum dollar contribution of the OPWC identified in this Project Agreement, and the rounded percentage of the total actual Project costs that will be contributed by the Recipient. Both percentages are identified in Appendix B. If the total actual Project costs exceed the estimated Project costs identified in Appendix B, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.

  • Specific contract participation goals means the goals as stipulated in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2001. In addition to above-mentioned goals, the Regulations [12. (1)] also make provision for organs of State to give particular consideration to procuring locally manufactured products.

  • Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.

  • Participation Percentages means the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the OPWC, not to exceed the maximum dollar contribution of the OPWC identified in this Project Agreement, and the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the Recipient. Both of the percentages are identified in Appendix D. In the event that the total actual project costs exceed the estimated project costs identified in Appendix D, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.

  • Participation Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 hereof.

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with Sections 300.320 through 300.324 of 34 CFR.

  • Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.

  • Participation Maximum shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(a).

  • Applicable Participation Agreement Has the meaning specified in Section 5.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Material Participation means involvement in the development and operation of the project on a basis which is regular, continuous, and substantial as defined in Code Section 42 and 469(h) of the regulations promulgated hereunder.

  • Letter of Credit Participation shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).
