Duly Constituted Board Meeting definition

Duly Constituted Board Meeting means any Board of Directors meeting noticed and held in the required manner and at which a Quorum was determined to be present at the beginning of the meeting.
Duly Constituted Board Meeting means any meeting of the Board of Directors noticed and held pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act and at which a quorum is determined to be present at the beginning of said meeting.
