No. 95-151-CC, File No. 811-8788) providing "no- action" relief under '17(f) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and SEC Rule 17- f5 thereunder, in connection with custody of such Xxxxxxxxx Russia Fund, Inc.'s investments in Russian Securities.

  • Additional Disclosure Notification The form of notification to be included with any Additional Form 10-D Disclosure, Additional Form 10-K Disclosure or Form 8-K Disclosure Information which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit W.

  • Accession Letter means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Letter).

  • Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations means the Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations between the City, the Registrar and DTC.

  • Exhibit F The awarded category pricing from the Contractor’s submitted Price Sheet from 3rd Bid RFP 15-80101507-SA-D

  • Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions means, with respect to the Company, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, in the form of Exhibit E, executed by the Company and delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Transfer Agent.

  • Designation Letter has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(a).

  • Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form(s) to be delivered by Company to the Company Shareholders and Company RSU Holders and providing for the Company Shareholder’s and Company RSU Holders election with respect to the Consideration;

  • Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.

  • DTC Representation Letter means the Blanket Letter of Representation from the Issuer and the Paying Agent to DTC which provides for a book-entry system, or any agreement between the Issuer and Paying Agent and a successor securities depository duly appointed.
