Duplex Unit definition

Duplex Unit means a dwelling unit in a residential building containing two dwelling units, but does not include a secondary suite or carriage house.
Duplex Unit means one building containing two dwelling units on one Lot which are not subdivided into Townhouse Units. Duplex Units may be built in Filings 1-4 on the Plats, and each Duplex Unit must contain one kitchen.
