live-work unit means a unit intended for both residential and non-residential uses concurrently;

live-work unit means a building, or part of thereof, which contains, or is intended to contain, both a dwelling unit and non-residential areas and which is intended for both residential use and non-residential use concurrently, and shares a common wall or floor with or without direct access between the residential and non-residential areas.
