Authoritative Copy means, with respect to an eNote, the unique copy of such eNote that is within the Control of the Controller.
Duplicate means an item of durable medical equipment or an orthotic/prosthetic that serves the same purpose that is served by another device that has already been purchased/provided. Replacement items are not duplicates if the current item is no longer functional. Technology is continuously being improved, however replacement of functioning equipment is not allowed just because of technologic improvement if the current equipment is functional.
accessible format copy means a copy of a work or other subject matter in an alternative manner or form that gives a beneficiary person access to the work or other subject matter, including allowing such person to have access as feasibly and comfortably as a person without any of the disabilities or visual impairment referred to in subsection (2) of this section.
Electronic Copy shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.17.
Diskette means the diskette or compact disc attached to each of the Prospectus and the Memorandum; and "Data File" shall mean the compilation of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Agreed Upon Procedures Letters dated December 1, 2003 and rendered by KPMG LLP or Ernst & Young LLP, as the case may be (a "hard copy" of which Data File was initialed on behalf of the Seller and the Purchaser).
Facsimile (FAX) prescription means a written prescription or order that is transmitted by an electronic device over telephone lines that sends the exact image to the receiving pharmacy in hard copy form.
Copy whether or not capitalized, means any paper, disk, tape, film, memory device, or other material or object on or in which any words, object code, source code or other symbols are written, recorded or encoded, whether permanent or transitory.
Hard copy means any documents, records, reports, or other data printed on paper.
Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount of Scheduled Receivables Payment; and past due late charges.
Scan means the complete process of collecting x-ray transmission data for the production of a tomogram. Data can be collected simultaneously during a single scan for the production of one or more tomograms.
electronic cash ledger means the electronic cash ledger referred to in sub-section (1) of section 49;
Electronic Record and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time.
Certificate of Conformance means a document issued by the NCWM based on testing by a participating laboratory that constitutes evidence of conformance of a type.
certified copy means in relation to any document delivered or issued by or on behalf of any company, a copy of such document certified as a true, complete and up to date copy of the original by any of the directors or officers for the time being of such company or by such company’s attorneys or solicitors;
Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.
Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.
Portable means that subscriptions may be retained by the
Electronic Version/Copy means a digital form consisting of text, images or both readable on computers or other electronic devices that includes all content that the Original and Hard Copy proposals contain. The digital form may be submitted using a compact disc (cd) or USB flash drive. The electronic version/copy can NOT be emailed.
Reproduction means a copy of the official seal displaying the identical form and content, reproduced in only one color.
Facsimile machine means a machine that can send and receive a facsimile transmission.
Electronic Ledger means the electronic master record of the retail installment sales contracts or installment loans of the Servicer.
Records administrator means the director, county clerk, municipal secretary, superintendent, or other person responsible for maintaining the records of the local governmental entity.
