Duration of the Arrangement definition

Duration of the Arrangement means a period commencing on the Commencement Date and continuing until the date specified above but not to exceed 31st December 2011, unless terminated in accordance with Clause 31 (Termination) or amended, renewed or replaced following the conclusion of a review (to be initiated by the Executive) of the operation and implementationof the Executive’s service arrangements provided always that the details of the Schedules shall be agreed annually by the parties;

Examples of Duration of the Arrangement in a sentence

• Duration of the Arrangement This Arrangement shall be of unlimited duration.

• Duration of the Arrangement The Trustees are long-term investors and therefore are not looking to change the investment arrangements on a frequent basis.

• Licensee will have the right to terminate this Agreement, for any reason, upon six (6) months’ written notice to Grantors.

• Term of Agreement / Duration of the Arrangement The term of this Agreement and duration of the Arrangement will be [insert period eg: 1 year], commencing on [insert date] and terminating on [insert date] (the “Term”), unless terminated earlier in accordance with clause [insert clause no.] of Schedule / Attachment [insert no.] of the UCA.

• Part 1 shall be executed by the parties at the commencement of the Duration of the Arrangement.

• The Executive and the Provider hereby agree that for the Duration of the Arrangement it remains their intent that all Provider Personnel shall not be, nor deemed to be, employees of the Executive for any purpose or in any circumstance and the Provider shall hold the Executive harmless in respect of all such persons.

• Where a Provider is funded by a national office of the Executive, and that national office of the Executive is the Lead Funder of the Provider, execution of Part 1 shall be arranged by and Part 1 shall be executed by the National Director in respect of the applicable national office at the commencement of the Duration of the Arrangement.

• With regard to signing of Part 1: In the case of a Provider funded by a single Health Region (or where applicable, single CHO, Hospital Group or national office of the Executive), Part 1 shall be executed by or on behalf of the REO for the Funding Health Region (or, where applicable, Chief Officer, Hospital Group CEO or National Director) at the commencement of the Duration of the Arrangement.
