DVB Facility definition

DVB Facility means that certain Senior Secured Term Loan Credit Agreement, dated as of August 26, 2014, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time, by and among Central Gulf Lines, Inc., as borrower, ISH, as guarantor, the lenders party thereto and DVB Bank SE, as mandated lead arranger, facility agent, and security trustee.
