DWSD Class B Water Bonds definition

DWSD Class B Water Bonds means the secured notes issued pursuant to the DWSD Class B Water Documents, as set forth on Exhibit I.A.97.
DWSD Class B Water Bonds means the secured notesbonds issued pursuant to the DWSD Class B WaterBond Documents, as set forth on Exhibit I.A.107106.

Examples of DWSD Class B Water Bonds in a sentence

  • Each Holder of an Allowed DWSD Class B Water Claim in a Class of DWSD Class B Water Claims that accepts the Plan may elect to receive New Existing Rate GLWA Bonds having a principal amount equal to the principal amount of the DWSD Class B Water Bonds held by such Holder in lieu of New GLWA Bonds.
