DWSRF Act definition

DWSRF Act means the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Act
DWSRF Act means the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Act as stated in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§71-5314 to 71-5327.
DWSRF Act means Chapter 4.5 (commencing at Section 116760) of Division 104 of the California Health and Safety Code.

  • Funding made from the CWSRF and the DWSRF will be limited to eligible projects and activities authorized in the Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, CWSRF Act, DWSRF Act, and the IUP.
