To accomplish the purposes of the Act and the DWSRF Act, and to provide for the financing or refinancing of the DWSRF Projects, the Corporation is hereby authorized to provide the Direct Financings and/or the grants, from monies in the DWSRF, to the applicants listed in Exhibit A in compliance with applicable law.
