Earliest Vintage Month means the earliest Vintage associated with the RECs issued by PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS for the Project; provided that if such earliest Vintage is prior to June 2022, then the Earliest Vintage Month shall be June 2022.

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.
