Early Redemption Fixing Date definition

Early Redemption Fixing Date means subject to Condition 12 (Disrupted Days and Determination of Early Redemption Reference Price), the Early Redemption Notification Date, or the immediately following Scheduled Trading Day if the Early Redemption Notification Date is not a Scheduled Trading Day.
Early Redemption Fixing Date means, subject to Participation Security Condition 7 (Disrupted Days) below, the Early Redemption Notification Date, or the immediately following Scheduled Trading Day if the Early Redemption Notification Date is not a Scheduled Trading Day.

Examples of Early Redemption Fixing Date in a sentence

  • If the Calculation Agent determines in respect of a Note that an Early Redemption Fixing Date is a Disrupted Day then the Early Redemption Fixing Date shall be the first succeeding Scheduled Trading Day which the Calculation Agent determines is not a Disrupted Day, unless each of the eight Scheduled Trading Days immediately following the original date that, but for the determination by the Issuer of the occurrence of a Disrupted Day, would have been such Early Redemption Fixing Date is a Disrupted Day.

  • In that case, that eighth Scheduled Trading Day will be deemed to be the relevant Early Redemption Fixing Date notwithstanding the fact that such day is a Disrupted Day.

Related to Early Redemption Fixing Date

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Early Redemption Notice means an irrevocable notice from the Issuer to Noteholders in accordance with Condition 23 (Notices) (or, in the case of Condition 8(f) (Redemption Following the Occurrence of an Event of Default), from the Trustee to the Issuer) that specifies that the Notes are to be redeemed pursuant to one of Conditions 8(c) (Redemption Following a Collateral Event) to 8(f) (Redemption Following the Occurrence of an Event of Default). An Early Redemption Notice given pursuant to Condition 8 (Redemption and Purchase) must contain a description in reasonable detail of the facts relevant to the determination that the Notes are to be redeemed and, in the case of an Early Redemption Notice given by the Issuer, must specify the anticipated Early Redemption Date and which of Conditions 8(c) (Redemption Following aCollateral Event) to 8(f) (Redemption Following the Occurrence of an Event of Default), as the case may be, are applicable. A copy of any Early Redemption Notice shall also be sent by the Issuer, or the Trustee, as the case may be, to all Transaction Parties, save that any failure to deliver a copy shall not invalidate the relevant Early Redemption Notice.

  • Early Redemption Event means that R (k) is equal to or greater than the Early Redemption Level (k) on the respective Observation Date (k).

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Early Redemption Factor (k) means the "Early Redemption Factor (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Monthly Redemption means the redemption of this Debenture pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.

  • Early Redemption Level (k) means the Early Redemption Factor (k) x R (initial).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the day on which the Issuer has received payment in full from the Margin Loan Provider of the amounts payable in respect of the termination of the LS Margin Account Agreement.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Early Redemption Amount (Tax) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Make-Whole Redemption Price means, in respect of each Bond, (a) the principal amount of such Bond or, if this is higher, (b) the sum of the then present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the Optional Redemption Date on an annual basis (based on the actual number of days elapsed divided by 365 or (in the case of a leap year) by 366) at the Reference Dealer Rate (as defined below) plus 0.15 per cent., in each case as determined by the Determination Agent;

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Optional Redemption Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).

  • Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.
