Early Redemption Notification Date definition

Early Redemption Notification Date means the date on which notice of an early redemption is delivered or deemed to be delivered by the Issuer to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 6 (Redemption and Purchase) or Condition 10 (Mandatory Early Redemption), as applicable.
Early Redemption Notification Date means the date on which notice of an early redemption is delivered or deemed to be delivered by the Issuer to the Securityholders in accordance with Participation Security Condition 6(a) (Mandatory Early Redemption) ), 8(b) (Consequences of a Merger Event), 8(c) (Consequences of a Tender Offer), 8(d) (Nationalisation or Delisting), 8(e) (Liquidation), 9 (Adjustments in respect of Jurisdictional Events or Hedging Termination Events) or 10(c) (Consequences of an Addition Disruption Event).
Early Redemption Notification Date means the date the Early Redemption Notice is received by the Issuer; provided, however, that if the notice is received on a day which is not an Exchange Business Day it shall be deemed to be received (before 8:00 am Hong Kong time) on the next following Exchange Business Day and if the notice is received after 8:00 am Hong Kong time on an Exchange Business Day then the Early Redemption Notification Date shall be the next following Exchange Business Day; provided further, that no Early Redemption Notification Date may occur until after the final settlement on the Exchange(s) of (where the Reference Security is a Share) the underlying equity position or (where the Reference Security is a Fund) the underlying fund position used to hedge the Issuer's obligations under the Notes. For the avoidance of doubt, the settlement of such underlying fund position or underlying equity position (as the case may be, if any) may not occur for an extended period of time.

Examples of Early Redemption Notification Date in a sentence

  • Notice of any redemption of the Notes or determination pursuant to this Condition 14 (Additional Disruption Events) shall be given to Noteholders by the Issuer in accordance with Condition 26 (Notices) (and the date on which any such notice of redemption is given will be deemed to be an Early Redemption Notification Date).

  • Notice of any redemption of the Notes or determination pursuant to this Condition13.7 (Adjustments in respect of Jurisdictional Events or Hedging Termination Events) shall be given to Noteholders in accordance with Condition 26 (Notices) (and the date on which any such notice of redemption is given will be deemed to be an Early Redemption Notification Date).

  • An Early Redemption Notice delivered after the relevant Cut-off Time on the Early Redemption Notification Date shall be void.

  • In accordance with its normal operating procedures, the relevant Clearing System(s) is expected to verify that, according to its records, each person redeeming Certificates has Certificates in the amount being redeemed in its securities account with the relevant Clearing System(s) on the Early Redemption Notification Date.

  • If the relevant Clearing System(s) fails so to notify the Principal Certificate Agent, the Early Redemption Notice shall be void unless the relevant Clearing System(s) so notifies the Principal Certificate Agent by12.00 noon (London time) on the third Business Day after the Early Redemption Notification Date.

  • If the cost of a Covered Dental Service is less than the member’s copayment for that Covered Dental Service, the copayment amount the member pays will be capped at the cost of the Covered Dental Service.

Related to Early Redemption Notification Date

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Early Redemption Event means that R (k) is equal to or greater than the Early Redemption Level (k) on the respective Observation Date (k).

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Tax Redemption Date means, when used with respect to any Note to be redeemed pursuant to a Tax Redemption, the date fixed for such Tax Redemption pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the day on which the Issuer has received payment in full from the Margin Loan Provider of the amounts payable in respect of the termination of the LS Margin Account Agreement.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, $______, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.
