Early Settlement Fees definition

Early Settlement Fees means the percentage stated in the Sanction Letter (as may be amended from time to time ) and charged by the Bank for any amount of money being paid by the Borrower in excess of the amount of the Instalment stated in the Sanction Letter.

Examples of Early Settlement Fees in a sentence

  • Such repayments will be applied to the Repayment Schedule in inverse order of maturities, and the Borrower shall pay the Bank the Early Settlement Fees stated in the Sanction Letter.
