  • Neither I nor any Joint Account holder will be able to withdraw any of the Earmarked Amount, or be able to assign, charge, pledge, transfer, or create any security interest or encumbrance or deal with the Earmarked Amount in any manner whatsoever for so long as any part of the Facilities remains outstanding.

  • If the whole or part of the FD placement is withdrawn prior to the maturity date, then the Earmarked Amount in CASA will be released, and clause 4.2.2 below applies and no interest shall be payable for the FD.

  • On the relevant settlement date as prescribed by BMSB or any other relevant authorities, the Bank shall be authorised to utilise the Earmarked Amount to settle the costs payable by the Client in connection with the said purchase.

  • The Customer hereby irrevocably authorises the Bank to debit the Account to the extent of the Earmarked Amount and apply the said amount towards settlement of the Earmarked Liability without any notice or reference to the Customer as and when the Earmarked Liability falls due or is required to be settled by the Bank.

  • The Earmarked Amount will be released back to your account at the end of the stipulated collection time frame, if the Payee does not collect the Pay Mobile Payment.

  • If the whole or any part of the Earmarked Amount shall be withdrawn from the CASA before maturity of the 3-month FD tenure, clause 3.4.10 below shall apply.

  • Retained Amount means the present value (as determined in accordance with sections 280G(b)(2)(A)(ii) and 280G(d)(4) of the Code) of the Total Benefits net of all federal, state and local taxes imposed on Executive with respect thereto.

  • Required Spread Account Amount means, for the March 2012 Payment Date and the April 2012 Payment Date, zero, and for any Payment Date thereafter, the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount, and (y) during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and acceleration of the Series 2012-1 Notes, the Required Spread Account Amount will never exceed the Class C Note Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Payment Date).

  • Excluded Amount For any Payment Date on or after the occurrence of an Amortization Event, the portion of the balance with respect to each HELOC attributable to all Draws not transferred to the Trust, and the portion of the Principal Collections (other than Net Liquidation Proceeds to the extent that the Excluded Amount of Liquidation Proceeds is not included in Net Liquidation Proceeds) and Interest Collections thereon for each Collection Period allocated to such Excluded Amount based on a pro rata allocation between the related Excluded Amount and the Loan Balance in proportion to the respective amounts outstanding as of the end of the calendar month preceding such Collection Period.

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Payment Amount as defined in Section 3.5.

  • Adjustment Escrow Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a)(i).

  • Approved Amount means the amount that the dentist has agreed to accept as full payment for treatment.
