Eligible Spend means all spend (local and international purchases), excluding cash withdrawals, casino chip purchases, fuel purchases, finance or other card charges, fees or taxes levied by us or the government, purchases of travellers cheques or other negotiable instruments, garage card transactions, budget account instalments and interest thereon, insurance premiums and internet transfers orTERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NEDBANK GREENBACKS REWARDS PROGRAMME payments [electronic funds transfers (EFTs)] from your account.

Eligible Spend means Eligible Transaction made with Eligible Card(s) during the Campaign Period as captured in the Bank’s system.

Examples of Eligible Spend in a sentence

• Participating HSBC Credit Card/Debit Card/-i(s) Eligible Spend will be consolidated and takeninto account to meet the Participation Criteria, and will not be viewed individually to meet the respective Eligible Spend and Participation Criteria for this Promotion.

• If you are given a refund for a purchase, this will be deducted from the Eligible Spend used to calculate the value of your monthly cashback award.

• Participating HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i(s) Eligible Spend will be consolidated and taken into account to meet the Participating Criteria, and will not be viewed individually to meet the respective Eligible Spend and Participation Criteria for this Promotion.

• Eligible Spend made by the primary credit card/-i cardholder and his/her supplementary/ies credit/debit card/-i cardholder(s) will be consolidated and will not be viewed individually to meet the respective Eligible Spend and Participation Criteria for the Promotion.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, where Services are terminated pursuant to a Termination for Default or a Termination for Force Majeure, and as a result of such termination, the Fees constituting MSC Eligible Spend were below the MSC Floor, TELUS will adjust the MSC Floor, on a dollar-for-dollar basis, based on the amount by which such termination caused the MSC Eligible Spend to fall below the MSC Floor.

Eligible Spend means any spend with a minimum amount equivalent to RM50 and above in a single transaction on any local Qualifying Purchases or RM50 and above (based on the prevailing foreign exchange rate) in a single transaction on any overseas Qualifying Purchases per transaction made during the Campaign Period using the Citi Visa Cards to earn entry(ies) for this Campaign.

Eligible Spend means transactions eligible for Reward Points and Additional Reward Points (if applicable) as defined in Clauses0 to 24.

Eligible Spend we mean any card purchases that you or any additional cardholder(s) on your account make, using a card issued to you by us or any of our partners that we work with to provide services to you. Please note that temporary holds, processing or transaction fees, ATM charges, balance transfers, cash withdrawals, cheque purchase, insurance premiums, interest premiums, interest, default charges, deductions, returns, refunds and other fees and charges don’t count towards Eligible Spending. We reserve the right to make the final determination of what constitutes Eligible Spending.
