Eligible Purchases means the purchase of any good or service from any merchant, business, or organization that accepts the Card, but shall not include ATM withdrawals or transfers. Eligible Purchases means posted retail purchases (in the case of HSBC Spend Instalment, only the total purchase amount will qualify as an Eligible Purchase in the month of purchase), and shall exclude the following transactions (which shall, where applicable, be determined based on the transaction descriptions reflected in HSBC’s system and the merchant category codes from Visa / Mastercard):
Eligible Purchases means:
8 a. for Consumers, the number of boxes (30 patches per box) purchased (1) in the 9 Class States (i) for branded Lidoderm from August 23, 2012 through September 10 14, 2013, and (ii) for AB-rated generic Lidoderm from September 15, 2013 11 through August 1, 2014, and (2) for consumption by themselves or their family 12 member; and
13 b. for TPPs, the amount paid for purchases (1) in the Class States (i) for branded 14 Lidoderm from August 23, 2012 through September 14, 2013, and (ii) for AB- 15 rated generic Lidoderm from September 15, 2013 through August 1, 2014, and (2) 16 for consumption by their insureds, plan participants or beneficiaries.
Eligible Purchases mean retail purchases made locally and/or overseas (including online transactions) by both Primary & Supplementary cards linked to the Primary account. The following transactions are not considered Eligible Purchases and thus will not earn Cash Back:
(a) cash advance;
(b) fees and charges (for example but not limited to finance charges, late charges, annual fees);
(c) Balance Conversion Plan Programme;
(d) Instalment Plan Programme;
(e) balance transfer;
(f) transactions relating to the trading of securities, foreign currency;
(g) transactions relating to money transfers made through the internet (including but not limited to Paypal, SKR xxxxxx.xxx);
(h) transactions relating to top-ups of any pre-paid card;
(i) quasi-cash transactions (transactions relating to money orders, traveler's checks, gaming, betting, lottery);
(j) foreign exchange transactions (including but not limited to Xxxxx.xxx);
(k) e-wallet transactions (for example but not limited to VTC Pay, Zalo Pay, Xxxx Xxxxx Online, Xxxx Xxxxx-Alepay, Vi Momo, VN Pay);
(l) online xxxx payment transactions through HSBC Online Banking and Mobile Banking app; and
(m) any other transactions determined by the Bank from time to time.
Eligible Purchases means any purchases of products or services at a Participating Store that are eligible for the purposes of collection or redemption of Pharmasave Rewards Points, which specifically excludes the Ineligible Products below.
