The Performance Fee shall be an amount, not less than zero, equal to 12.5% of Core Earnings for the immediately preceding quarter, subject to a hurdle rate, expressed as a rate of return on Adjusted Capital, equal to 1.25% per quarter (the “hurdle rate”), or an annualized hurdle rate of 5.0%.
