Eastern Access Phase II Term Sheet definition

Eastern Access Phase II Term Sheet means the Commercial Term Sheet dated July 17, 2012 relating to Eastern Access Phase II and agreed to by XXXX, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Eastern Access Phase II Term Sheet means the Commercial Term Sheet relating to the Eastern Access Phase II to be agreed to by the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers and to be approved by the FERC, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Related to Eastern Access Phase II Term Sheet

  • Local Access and Transport Area or "LATA” has the meaning given to the term in the Act.

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Structural Term Sheet shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the February 13, 1995 letter (the “PSA Letter”) of Cleary, Gottlieb, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxx on behalf of the Public Securities Association (which letter, and the SEC staff’s response thereto, were publicly available February 17, 1995). The term “Collateral term sheet” as used herein includes any subsequent Collateral term sheet that reflects a substantive change in the information presented. The term “Computational Materials” has the meaning assigned to it in the May 17, 1994 letter (the “Xxxxxx letter” and together with the PSA Letter, the “No-Action Letters”) of Xxxxx & Xxxx LLP on behalf of Xxxxxx, Peabody & Co., Inc. (which letter, and the SEC staff’s response thereto, were publicly available May 20, 1994).

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Final Term Sheet means the term sheet prepared pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement and substantially in the form attached in Schedule III hereto;

  • Access Point means a smaller area within a Procurement Area to which the same obligations under this Specification as apply to Procurement Areas will be attached unless otherwise stated in this Contract;

  • standard term sheet has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Term Start Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01.

  • Access line means and be limited to retail billed and collected residential lines; business lines; ISDN lines; PBX trunks and simulated exchange access lines provided by a central office based switching arrangement where all stations served by such simulated exchange access lines are used by a single customer of the provider of such arrangement. Access line may not be construed to include interoffice transport or other transmission media that do not terminate at an end user customer's premises, or to permit duplicate or multiple assessment of access line rates on the provision of a single service or on the multiple communications paths derived from a billed and collected access line. Access line shall not include the following: Wireless telecommunications services, the sale or lease of unbundled loop facilities, special access services, lines providing only data services without voice services processed by a telecommunications local exchange service provider or private line service arrangements.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Exit Facility Term Sheet means the Exit Facility Term Sheet attached as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit B of the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Initial Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a).
