Eastern Access Phase III Term Sheet means the Commercial Term Sheet dated October 24, 2012 relating to Eastern Access Phase III and agreed to by XXXX, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) Shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C.
Local Access Transport Area (LATA) is As Defined in the Act.
Local Access and Transport Area or "LATA” has the meaning given to the term in the Act.
Lateral Access Road Licence means a miscellaneous licence granted pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(ii) or subclause (6)(b) as the case may be and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;
Lateral Access Roads has the meaning given in subclause (3)(a)(iv));
Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;
Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.
Final Term Sheet means the term sheet prepared pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement and substantially in the form attached in Schedule III hereto;
Structural Term Sheet shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the February 13, 1995 letter (the "PSA Letter") of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steex & Xamixxxx xx behalf of the Public Securities Association (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available February 17, 1995). The term "Collateral term sheet" as used herein includes any subsequent Collateral term sheet that reflects a substantive change in the information presented. The term "Computational Materials" has the meaning assigned to it in the May 17, 1994 letter (the "Kiddxx xxxter" and together with the PSA Letter, the "No-Action Letters") of Browx & Xood xx behalf of Kiddxx, Xxabody & Co., Inc. (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available May 20, 1994).
Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
Access Terminal means any device used to access any of the Depositor’s Accounts, including without limitation an ATM, a computer, a portable hand-held device, or a telephone including any form of mobile telephone.
Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.
Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.
Access Point means a provider, public or private institution, advocacy organization, legal representative, or educational institution with staff trained to complete applications and guide individuals with a disability to needed services.
main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;
Use Period means the period commencing on the date that the ABL Agent or an agent acting on its behalf (or an ABL Credit Party acting with the consent of the ABL Agent) commences the liquidation and sale of the ABL Priority Collateral in a manner as provided in Section 3.6 hereof (having theretofore furnished the Controlling Term Agent with an Enforcement Notice) and ending 180 days thereafter. If any stay or other order that prohibits any of the ABL Agent, the other ABL Secured Parties or any ABL Credit Party (with the consent of the ABL Agent) from commencing and continuing to Exercise Any Secured Creditor Remedies or from liquidating and selling the ABL Priority Collateral has been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, such 180-day period shall be tolled during the pendency of any such stay or other order and the Use Period shall be so extended.
Initial Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a).
Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.
Contract Term Extension means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension.
Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;
standard term sheet has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(1) (c) (ii) for implementing the municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget.
Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;
Access line means and be limited to retail billed and collected residential lines; business lines; ISDN lines; PBX trunks and simulated exchange access lines provided by a central office based switching arrangement where all stations served by such simulated exchange access lines are used by a single customer of the provider of such arrangement. Access line may not be construed to include interoffice transport or other transmission media that do not terminate at an end user customer's premises, or to permit duplicate or multiple assessment of access line rates on the provision of a single service or on the multiple communications paths derived from a billed and collected access line. Access line shall not include the following: Wireless telecommunications services, the sale or lease of unbundled loop facilities, special access services, lines providing only data services without voice services processed by a telecommunications local exchange service provider or private line service arrangements.
Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.
