EC Member definition

EC Member means any current or former member of the Executive Committee.
EC Member means either of the GC EC Member and the Station EC Member.
EC Member shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Companies Registered in an EC Member State: - the VAT element will be repaid upon receipt from the Buyer of a copy of official company letterhead incorporating their VAT number.

  • Within the framework of the provisions of this Agreement, there shall be no restrictions between the Contracting Parties on the movement of capital belonging to persons resident in EC Member States or EFTA States and no discrimination based on the nationality or on the place of residence of the parties or on the place where such capital is invested.

  • Within the framework of the provisions of this Agreement, there shall be no restrictions on the freedom of establishment of nationals of an EC Member State or an EFTA State in the territory of any other of these States.

  • Exchange of Letters (applies to EC Member States for procurement not covered by WTO GPA and only where the State considers out-of-State suppliers).

  • Within the framework of the provisions of this Agreement, there shall be no restrictions on freedom to provide services within the territory of the Contracting Parties in respect of nationals of EC Member States and EFTA States who are established in an EC Member State or an EFTA State other than that of the person for whom the services are intended.
