Economic Development Grant definition

Economic Development Grant means the Chapter 380 Payments.
Economic Development Grant has the meaning given in Section 1.1 of the Master Development Agreement.

  • Rural Development grants a sum not to exceed to the Grantee to be used under the Rural Economic Development Grant Program solely for the establishment and operation of a Revolving Loan Fund (''Fund'') to finance approved rural economic development projects, or under the RMAP to perform operational enhancement services/activities, technical assistance, training integrated with microlending, etc.

  • City shall pay to Owner (as part of the Economic Development Grant) an amount equal to 100% of the Development Fees paid by Owner pertaining to the Project.

  • Nothing in this Agreement prevents the Parties from agreeing in writing to adjust or amend all or a portion of the Economic Development Grant payment schedule or percentages provided in this Section 5.
