Economic Development Incentive Agreement definition

Economic Development Incentive Agreement means that certain Economic Development Agreement between SEDC and Developer relating to the SEDC’s provision of the Purchase Grant and Developer’s agreement to the conditions related thereto.
Economic Development Incentive Agreement means that certain Economic Development Incentive Agreement, dated as of October 18, 1999, by and between the City of Kankakee, Illinois and the LSP Equipment (as assignee of the Borrower).
