EEI Master Agreement definition

EEI Master Agreement mean an EEI Master Agreement between Gexa and the Energy Manager governing the Wholesale Transactions entered into by the Energy Manager in accordance with Section 2.1 and transferred by the Energy Manager to Gexa.
EEI Master Agreement means the Edison Electric Institute Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreement, version 2.1 (modified 04/25/00) as in effect from time to time.
EEI Master Agreement means the Edison Electric Institute Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreement, including the Gas Annex, executed between Energy Manager and MMC Energy Chula Vista, LLC and/or MMC Escondido, LLC, pursuant to Section 2.4.

Examples of EEI Master Agreement in a sentence

  • The performance of Buyer to receive and/or pay for the Product shall be excused only (i) during periods of Force Majeure as defined in the EEI Master Agreement or Uncontrollable Force as provided in Section 10 of the WSPP Agreement, or (ii) by Seller’s failure to perform.

  • Seller shall invoice, and Buyer shall pay, for Product at the Contract Price pursuant to Article 6 of the EEI Master Agreement.

  • The contract is subject to the general terms and conditions of the EEI Master Agreement, a commonly used template for commercial energy trades.

  • The contract uses the terms and conditions from the EEI Master Agreement and is essentially the same as last year’s approved transaction.

  • Section 3.3 of the EEI Master Agreement shall not apply to any Gas Transaction, and the Force Majeure provisions below shall govern with respect to Gas Transactions.

  • Unless otherwise expressly amended pursuant to this Gas Annex, all of the terms and conditions set forth in the EEI Master Agreement shall be applicable to Gas Transactions entered into between the Parties.

  • Capitalized terms used in this Gas Annex but not defined herein shall have the meanings given such terms in the EEI Master Agreement.


More Definitions of EEI Master Agreement

EEI Master Agreement means the EEI Master Power Purchase & Sale Agreement version 2.1 (modified 4/25/00), and any related Collateral Annex that may be entered into between CSE and Counterparty, as each may be amended by the EEI from time to time.
EEI Master Agreement means the Emera Master Agreement or the Nalcor Master Agreement, as required by the context;
EEI Master Agreement means the Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreement published by the EEI, together with the cover sheet, any annexes and confirmations thereto, as amended from time to time.
EEI Master Agreement means any Master Power, Purchase & Sale Agreement, as published by the Edison Electric Institute, that is either (i) executed by two Adhering Parties; or (ii) entered into by two Adhering Parties by execution of a Confirmation that is still outstanding as of the Implementation Date and pursuant to which one Adhering Party is deemed to have entered into such an agreement with the other Adhering Party until such time as such an agreement has been executed by such Adhering Parties; and, in each case, has been entered into by the Adhering Parties prior to, on or after the Implementation Date.

Related to EEI Master Agreement

  • Master Agreement has the meaning specified in the definition of “Swap Contract.”

  • Service Agreement means the initial agreement and any amendments or supplements thereto entered into by the Transmission Customer and the Transmission Provider for service under the Tariff. Site:
