Adhering Party definition

Adhering Party has the meaning given to the term “Adhering Party” in the ISDA Protocol. Affiliate has the meaning given in section 2(k) of the Bank Holding Company Act (12 U.S.C. 1841(k)) and section 225.2(a) of the Board's Regulation Y (12 CFR 225.2(a)).
