EETC Aircraft definition

EETC Aircraft is defined in Section 3.6(d).
EETC Aircraft means any Aircraft that is listed in Schedule I as subject to the “2001-2 EETC” Existing Financing.
EETC Aircraft means, collectively, nine (9) Boeing 747-400 freighter aircraft (including the engines attached thereto) bearing U.S. registration numbers N408MC, N492MC, N493MC, N496MC, N497MC, N498MC, N499MC, N409MC and N412MC and (ii) three (3) Boeing 747-400 freighter aircraft (including the engines attached thereto) bearing registration numbers U.K. registration marks G-GSSA (formerly bearing U.S. registration mark N495MC), G-GSSB (formerly bearing U.S. registration mark N491MX), and G-GSSC (formerly bearing U.S. registration mark N000XC).

  • The Subscription Rights are not transferable except that the ATSB, ATSB Lender Parties, 2000-1 EETC Aircraft Creditors and 1996/1997 EETC Aircraft Creditors (as holder of the 1996/1997 EETC Aircraft Rejection Claim or 2000-1 Aircraft Rejection Claim) may sell, transfer, assign or distribute the Subscription Rights subject to the provisions of Article 1.151.

  • This provision does not apply to the 1996-1997 EETC Aircraft Rejection Claim which shall be allowed by the Confirmation Order without any further action by its holders or to any claim agreed to under an 1110(b) Stipulation approved by order of the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Any such transfer or attempted transfer other than an assignment by the ATSB, ATSB Lender Parties, the holders of the 1996-1997 EETC Aircraft Rejection Claim, or the holders of 2000-1 EETC Aircraft Rejection Claim (see Article 1.151) shall be null and void and neither the Reorganizing Debtors nor New ATA Holdings shall treat any purported transferee as the holder of any Subscription Rights.

  • Any amendment or modification of this Agreement to decrease the amount of Ownership Rate payments required to be paid by United to Contractor with respect to any EETC Aircraft may be an Event of Default as defined under the Trust Indenture and Mortgage for such Aircraft under the EETC Transaction.

  • From and after the Effective Date, Atlas's obligations under the EETC Documents shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Plan and the Restructure Agreements (including without limitation sections 20 and 21 thereof) to be executed with respect to each of the EETC Aircraft (forms of which Restructure Agreements are filed as Plan Documents).

  • New Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Substitute Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • aircraft operator means a person that operated at least 729 commercial air transport flights departing from Union airports in the reporting period or, where that person may not be identified, the owner of the aircraft;

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • airframes means airframes (other than those used in military, customs or police services) that, when appropriate aircraft engines are installed thereon, are type certified by the competent aviation authority to transport:

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Aircraft Protocol means the official English language text of the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, adopted on November 16, 2001, at a diplomatic conference in Cape Town, South Africa, and all amendments, supplements, and revisions thereto (and from and after the effective date of the Cape Town Treaty in the relevant country, means when referring to the Aircraft Protocol with respect to that country, the Aircraft Protocol as in effect in such country, unless otherwise indicated).

  • Engines means, as of any date of determination, all Engines then leased hereunder.
