State aircraft definition

State aircraft means an aircraft, other than a commercial aircraft, owned and operated by the government of any country or the government of a colony, dependency, province, state, territory or municipality of a country;
State aircraft means aircraft used in military, customs and police services;
State aircraft means any state aircraft as contemplated in article 3 of the Convention of International Civil Aviation signed at Chicago on 7 December 1944.
