Executive session means all or part of a meeting that is closed or confidential.
Active Service means a Covered Person is either 1) actively at work performing all regular duties at his or her employer’s place of business or someplace the employer requires him or her to be; 2) employed, but on a scheduled holiday, vacation day, or period of approved paid leave of absence; or 3) if not employed, able to engage in substantially all of the usual activities of a person in good health of like age and sex and not confined in a Hospital or rehabilitation or rest facility.
Effective TBD means that the date is to be determined by further Commission action. A date listed as "anticipated effective" may be subject to change. An Advice Letter Supplement is not a new filing, and there is no protest period unless indicated.
Competitive Set As defined in the STR Reports. Lessor and Lessee shall work in good faith to determine any additions and deletions to the Hotel’s Competitive Set, on or before November 15th of each year, with such changes to be applicable for the following Fiscal Year. In the event Lessor and Lessee cannot agree to the Hotel’s Competitive Set by November 15th of any year, such unagreed items shall be determined by Xxxxx Travel Research (or, if it refuses or is unable to do so, by arbitration pursuant to Section 25.2). The costs of resetting the Hotel’s Competitive Set shall be borne equally by the parties.
Effective Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10(b) hereof.

Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.
Effective Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(a).
Winter Season means the period commencing on November 1 of any year and ending on the next succeeding March 31.

Agreement Effective Period means, with respect to a Party, the period from the Agreement Effective Date to the Termination Date applicable to that Party.
Executive Securities means the Class A Common acquired by the Executive and will include units of the Company's Common Interests issued with respect to Executive Securities by way of a split, dividend, combination, exchange, conversion, or other recapitalization, merger, consolidation or reorganization. Executive Securities will cease to be Executive Securities when transferred pursuant to a Qualified Public Offering or Sale of the Company. Executive Securities will continue to be Executive Securities in the hands of any holder other than the Executive, including all transferees of the Executive (except for the Company and the Investor (or its designee)), and except as otherwise provided herein, each such other holder of Executive Securities will succeed to all rights and obligations attributable to the Executive as a holder of Executive Securities hereunder.
Restricted Definitive Security means a Definitive Security bearing the Private Placement Legend.
Protective services means expedited services that are provided:
Executive Secretary means the executive secretary of the board.
Competitive Sealed Bidding means the competitive process described within an Invitation for Bids, wherein the City invites Offerors to submit bids to supply the City with the Goods and/or Service describes in the Solicitation document, where the City will award the resulting contract to the responsible Offeror submitting the low responsive bid.
Ozone season means the period of time beginning May 1 of a year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.
Supportive services means those services and activities provided in con- nection with minority business enter- prise programs which are designed to increase the total number of minority businesses active in the highway pro- gram and contribute to the growth and eventual self-sufficiency of individual minority businesses so that such busi- nesses may achieve proficiency to com- pete, on an equal basis, for contracts and subcontracts.
Effective FTR Holder means:
Unrestricted Definitive Security means Definitive Securities and any other Securities that are not required to bear, or are not subject to, the Restricted Securities Legend.
Sensitive Services means those services that (i) require access to Customer/Consumer Information, (ii) relate to the State’s computer networks, information systems, databases or secure facilities under circumstances that would permit modifications to such systems, or (iii) involve unsupervised access to secure facilities (“Sensitive Services”).
Anticipated Closing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).
Release Effective Date means the date the Release becomes effective and irrevocable.
Resale Restriction Termination Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).
Competitive Services means engaging in the business of community banking or commercial banking, including, without limitation, originating, underwriting, closing and selling loans, receiving deposits and otherwise engaging in the business of banking, as well as the business of providing any other activities, products, or services of the type conducted, authorized, offered, or provided by the Bank as of Executive’s Termination Date, or during the two (2) years immediately prior to Executive’s Termination Date.
Service Session means a sequence of support activities and tasks carried out remotely to collect further information by interview or by analysis of a Production System resulting in a list of recommendations. A Service Session could run manually, as a self-service or fully automated.
