EFPIA Code definition

EFPIA Code means the EFPIA Code of Practice as amended on 27 June 2019, including the Appendices, which are expressly referred to as binding and form part of the EFPIA Code.
EFPIA Code means the EFPIA Code of Practice as amended on June 27, 2019, including the Annexes, which are expressly designated as binding and form part of this Code.
EFPIA Code means the code on the promotion of prescription-only medicines to, and interactions with healthcare professionals adopted by the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations, as amended from time to time and related national codes or equivalent industry codes as applicable in any of the countries of the Menarini Territory.
