EFS Audit Plan definition

EFS Audit Plan means an audit plan with respect to the Financial Products maintained by EFS and approved by Bank in the form set forth as Schedule 2.4(f) (EFS Audit Plan), except as otherwise from time to time agreed between the Parties in writing or required by Applicable Law, as determined by Bank in its reasonable discretion.
EFS Audit Plan means an audit plan with respect to the Financial Products maintained by EFS and approved by Meta.

Examples of EFS Audit Plan in a sentence

  • The reasonable cost and expense of annual examinations or audits conducted by (or on behalf of) EFS pursuant to Section 8.2 or the EFS Audit Plan shall be expenses of EFS.

  • The EFS Audit Parties shall conduct audits in accordance with, and on the schedule required by, the EFS Audit Plan.

  • Company’s Auditors means an independent firm of accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Company;

  • Annual Accountant’s Report is defined in Section 3.04(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Audit Committee Financial Expert means a person who has the following attributes:

  • Accountants’ Report means the report of a firm of nationally recognized Independent Accountants described in Section 4.11.

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Audit means the examination of a person or the inspection of the books, records, memoranda, or accounts of a person, ordered to appear before the Tax Administrator, for the purpose of determining liability for a municipal income tax.

  • Approved Auditor means a person who is:

  • Financial Report means the annual financial report prepared under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act for the Company and its controlled entities;

  • qualified auditor means a person who is qualified to be appointed as an auditor under section 198;

  • Auditor’s Report means the auditor’s report on the Financial Report; “AEDT” means Australian Eastern Daylight Time.

  • Reporting Accountants means the auditors of National Grid (but not acting in their capacity as auditors) or such other firm of accountants as may be nominated by National Grid and approved in writing by the Trustee for the purpose or, failing which, as may be selected by the Trustee for the purpose; and

  • Corporation’s Auditors means such firm of chartered accountants as the Corporation may have appointed or may from time to time appoint as auditors of the Corporation, including prior auditors of the Corporation, as applicable;

  • non-audit services means services other than audit services;

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.

  • Energy audit means a systematic procedure with the purpose of obtaining adequate knowledge of the existing energy consumption profile of a building or group of buildings, an industrial or commercial operation or installation or a private or public service, identifying and quantifying cost-effective energy savings opportunities, and reporting the findings;

  • Compliance Audit means the procedure (in a form advised by the GLA from time to time) by which an auditor independent of the Grant Recipient certifies (at the Grant Recipient's cost) whether the Named Projects developed or Rehabilitated pursuant to this Agreement satisfy the GLA's procedural compliance requirements (as described in the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide);

  • Independent Auditor has the meaning specified in subsection 7.01(a).

  • Financial Reports means the Annual Financial Statements and the Interim Accounts.

  • Audited financial report means and includes those items specified in Section 5 of this regulation.

  • Evaluation Committee Report means a report prepared by the Procurement Manager and the Evaluation Committee for contract award. It will contain written determinations resulting from the procurement.

  • Benchmarking Report means the report produced by the Supplier following the Benchmark Review and as further described in this Framework Schedule 7;

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.
