EIB is considered to be a form of wage 5 insurance and a means of maintaining a healthful, safe environment for 6 patients and employees.
PTO (and EIB hours, until exhausted) will 10 be paid at the time of use at the employee’s regular hourly wage 11 rate (including only Shift and Weekend differentials) on the 12 employee’s regularly scheduled shifts.
