EIB Facilities definition

EIB Facilities means certain existing term facilities made available to HAL and any further facilities made available to one or more of the Borrowers by EIB.

EIB Facilities means loan facilities by and between the European Investment Bank, as lender, and the Company and Flowserve B.V., as co-borrowers, including, without limitation that certain Finance Contract dated as of April 14, 2004, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.
