Elected Payment Form definition

Elected Payment Form means the Payment Form elected by a Participant (i) for the payment of his Grandfathered Benefit in accordance with Section 5.2, and/or (ii) for the payment of his 409A Benefit in accordance with Section 5.3 or Section 7.
Elected Payment Form means the Payment Form elected by a Participant in accordance with Section 2.04(c).

Examples of Elected Payment Form in a sentence

  • If a Participant does not specify an Elected Payment Form for his 409A Benefit, such Participant’s 409A Benefit shall be paid in the Default Payment Form.

  • Such Participant shall not be permitted to select an Elected Payment Date or an Elected Payment Form; provided, however, that such Participant shall be permitted to make a redeferral election in accordance with Section 7.

  • A Participant may elect prior to or in connection with his Separation from Service to have his Grandfathered Benefit paid in any of the available forms of payment described in Section 5.6. The Elected Payment Form for a Grandfathered Benefit may be different from the form of payment elected by the Participant under the Retirement Plan.

  • Such Puerto Rico Participant shall not be permitted to select an Elected Payment Date or an Elected Payment Form; provided, however, that such Puerto Rico Participant shall be permitted to make a redeferral election in accordance with Section 7.

  • A 409A Benefit shall be payable in any of the available forms of payment described in Section 5.5. The Elected Payment Form for a 409A Benefit may be different than the form of payment elected by the Participant under the Retirement Plan.

  • A Participant may elect prior to or in connection with his Separation from Service to have his Grandfathered Benefit paid in any of the available forms of payment described in Section 5.5. The Elected Payment Form for a Grandfathered Benefit may be different from the form of payment elected by the Participant under the Retirement Plan.

  • Such Participant shall not be permitted to elect an Elected Payment Date or an Elected Payment Form.

  • An employee who first becomes a Participant and accrues a Plan Benefit prior to January 1, 2009 may elect to receive his 409A Benefit in any of the available forms of payment described in Section 5.6. The Elected Payment Form for a 409A Benefit may be different than the form of payment elected by the Participant under the Retirement Plan.

  • If a Participant does not specify an Elected Payment Form for his NonGrandfathered Benefit, such Participant’s NonGrandfathered Benefit shall be paid in the Default Payment Form.

  • The survey covers 11 bargaining units of represented ferry employees of the State.

Related to Elected Payment Form

  • Deferred Payment means any severance pay or benefits to be paid or provided to Executive (or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries) pursuant to this Agreement and any other severance payments or separation benefits, that in each case, when considered together, are considered deferred compensation under Section 409A.

  • Deferred Payment Date for a Participant means the date after the Restricted Period in respect of Restricted Share Units which is the earlier of (i) the date which the Participant has elected to defer receipt of the underlying Shares in accordance with Section 4.5 of this Plan; and (ii) the Participant's Separation Date.

  • Required Payment Amount shall have, for any Distribution Date, the meaning specified for such Distribution Date in Section 4.6(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Specified Payment means any Permitted Acquisition, Investment, loan, advance, incurrence of or payment with respect to Indebtedness or other transaction made subject to satisfaction of the Payment Conditions or any component thereof.

  • Required Payment shall have the meaning assigned such term in Section 4.04.

  • Cash Election Amount means the product of the number of Cash Election Shares multiplied by the Cash Election Consideration.

  • Reduced payment means a payment that is for less than the amount agreed upon in a subcontract in accordance with its terms and conditions, for supplies and services for which the Government has paid the prime contractor.

  • Designated Payment/Transfer Office means (i) with respect to the initial Paying Agent/Registrar named herein, its office in Dallas, Texas, or at such other location designated by the Paying Agent/Registrar and (ii) with respect to any successor Paying Agent/Registrar, the office of such successor designated and located as may be agreed upon by the City and such successor.

  • Insured Payment means (a) as of any Distribution Date, any Deficiency Amount and (b) any Preference Amount.

  • Restricted Payment means any dividend or other distribution (whether in cash, securities or other property) with respect to any Equity Interests in the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or any payment (whether in cash, securities or other property), including any sinking fund or similar deposit, on account of the purchase, redemption, retirement, acquisition, cancellation or termination of any such Equity Interests in the Borrower or any option, warrant or other right to acquire any such Equity Interests in the Borrower.

  • Guaranteed Payment for each Class of Notes and any Payment Date means the sum of (i) the related Guaranteed Principal Payment Amount plus (ii) the related Aggregate Investor Interest for the Payment Date.

  • Permitted Payment as defined in Subsection 8.2(b).

  • Defaulted Payment has the meaning specified in the definition of “Defaulting Lender”.

  • Debit Payment means a particular transaction where a debit is made.

  • Escrowed Payment means an aggregate cash payment of up to $250,000;

  • Series A Distribution Payment Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(b)(i)(A).

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, $______, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.

  • Make-Whole Payment means, with respect to any Series 2018-2 Note on any Optional Repurchase Distribution Date, the pro rata share with respect to such Series 2018-2 Note of the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of the Discounted Values for each Remaining Distribution Amount with respect to each Applicable Distribution Date over (y) the Series 2018-2 Invested Amount as of such Optional Repurchase Distribution Date (determined after giving effect to any payments made pursuant to Section 2.5(a) on such Distribution Date).

  • Early Redemption Amount (Tax) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
