Minor subdivision means a subdivision that creates five or fewer lots from a tract of record.
Subdivision means the division of a piece of land into two or more portions;
Subdivision Plat means the graphical representation of the subdivision of land, prepared by a licensed professional land surveyor, having a number or letter designation for each lot within the plat and a succinct name or title that is unique for the county where the land is located.
Local Subdivision means any county, municipal corporation, township, sanitary district or regional water and sewer district of the State.
Political subdivision means a city, village, town or county.
Political Subdivisions means cities, counties, and educational institutions.
Final Subdivision Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.
Local Subdivision Contribution means the Local Subdivision financial share used for the sole and express purpose for paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the Director under this Agreement for completion of the project.
Manufactured Home Park or Subdivision means a parcel (or contiguous parcels) of land divided into two or more manufactured home lots for rent or sale.
Governmental subdivision means any city, county, or combination thereof.
Local political subdivision means a county, municipal corporation, township, conservancy district, soil and water conservation district, joint recreation district, park district, or other similar park authority.
New manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed on or after the effective date of this ordinance or the effective date of the initial floodplain management ordinance and includes any subsequent improvements to such structure.
Existing manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed before the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community.
Combination means an event in which the Company consolidates with, merges with or into, or sells all or substantially all its property and assets to another Person.
Taxing districts means counties, townships, cities and incorporated towns and villages, school, road, park, sanitary, mosquito abatement, forest preserve, public health, fire protection, river conservancy, tuberculosis sanitarium and any other municipal corporations or districts with the power to levy taxes.

1031 TAX EXCHANGE The seller of this property may facilitate this sale by use of a 1031 Exchange, and the buyer agrees to sign additional 1031 Exchange documents if required. AS A MATERIAL PART OF THE CONSIDERATION TO BE RECEIVED BY THE SELLER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AS NEGOTIATED AND AGREED TO BY THE PURCHASER AND THE SELLER, THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO ACCEPT THE PROPERTY IN "AS IS" CONDITION AT THE TIME OF CLOSING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY HIDDEN DEFECTS OR ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS AFFECTING THE PROPERTY, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN WHETHER SUCH DEFECTS OR CONDITIONS WERE DISCOVERABLE THROUGH INSPECTION OR NOT. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SELLER, ITS AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES HAVE NOT MADE AND THE SELLER SPECIFICALLY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, PROMISES, COVENANTS, AGREEMENTS OR GUARANTEES, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, ORAL OR WRITTEN IN RESPECT TO: (A) THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OR THE QUALITY OR CHARACTER OF MATERIALS USED IN CONSTRUCTION OF ANY IMPROVEMENTS, AVAILABILITY AND QUANTITY OR QUALITY OF WATER, STABILITY OF THE SOIL, SUSCEPTIBILITY TO LANDSLIDE OR FLOODING, SUFFICIENCY OF DRAINAGE, WATER LEAKS, WATER DAMAGE, MOLD OR ANY OTHER MATTER AFFECTING THE STABILITY, INTEGRITY, OR CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY OR IMPROVEMENTS;
SDA district means an SDA district as defined in section 3 of P.L.2000, c.72 (C.18A:7G-3).
Participating municipality means a municipality that is designated by or under the Act as a participating municipality in a conservation authority.
Eligible municipality means any of the following:
casual taxable person means a person who occasionally undertakes transactions involving supply of goods or services or both in the course or furtherance of business, whether as principal, agent or in any other capacity, in the taxable territory where he has no fixed place of business;
Tax Increment District or "district" means that area to which the tax increment finance plan pertains.
Improvement district means a local district that operates under and is subject to the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 2a, Part 4, Improvement District Act, including an entity that was created and operated as a county improvement district under the law in effect before April 30, 2007.
Reclassification means the upgrading of a position to a higher classification as a result of the gradual increase of the duties being performed by the incumbent in that position.
Local district means a local government entity under Title 17B, Limited Purpose
Regional District means the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George.
