Electric Generation Supplier definition

Electric Generation Supplier shall have the meaning ascribed to it in 66 Pa. C. S. § “Electric Generation Supplier Coordination Tariff” means the PUC-approved tariff that sets forth the basic requirements for interactions and coordination between the Buyer as the Electric Distribution Company and Electric Generation Suppliers necessary for ensuring the delivery of competitive energy supply from Electric Generation Suppliers to their customers, as may be revised by Buyer from time to time.
