Electrical Segment definition

Electrical Segment means the electrical business segment of Pentair described in Pentair’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2018, which business designs, manufactures and services products that protect equipment, as well as heat managements solutions designed to provide thermal protection to temperature sensitive fluid applications and engineered electrical and fastening products for electrical, mechanical and civil applications.
Electrical Segment has the meaning specified on Annex A.
