Electricity Authority definition

Electricity Authority has the meaning given to it in section 5 of the Act;
Electricity Authority means [F13a person authorised by a licence under Part I of the Electricity Act 1989 to transmit or supply electricity] or [F14a person authorised by a licence under Part II of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 to transmit or supply electricity];‌
Electricity Authority. (EA) means the Electricity Authority which is an independent Crown entity responsible for regulating the New Zealand electricity market.
