Electronic Card definition

Electronic Card means an electronic card (including but not limited to credit card or debit card) issued by service providers including commercial bank, financial institution or other service providers who are the member of Card Networks, collectively, “Financial Service Provider” to its cardholder for the payment of Goods or other payment in lieu of cash.
