The Card Networks may request information and certification relating to your location, and make a final determination of your location.
If you pay for goods and services in a currency other than the Denominated Currency, the amount payable will be converted at the relevant Card Network's reference exchange rate at the clearing time of the Card Transaction, and a foreign exchange fee will apply.
Note, many states prohibit or limit cases where Merchant may surcharge a Cardholder or offer cash discounts and the Card Networks impose restrictions on surcharging and cash discounting.
Merchant's policy for the exchange or return of goods sold and the adjustment for services rendered will be established and posted in accordance with the Network Rules of the applicable Card Networks.
