By ServiceContractor shall provide, at no charge to County or the requesting agency, stand-by services at the scene of an emergency incident within the EOA when directed by an EMS Agency-approved EMD center upon request of a public safety agency. A unit placed on stand-by shall be dedicated to the incident for which it has been placed on stand-by unless released by the EMS Director or his / her designee. Stand-by periods exceeding four (4) hours shall be approved by the EMS Director or his / her designee State or Federal mutual aid requests. Contractor must respond to requests for mutual aid made by the State or Federal government as part of a state/federal response system, if directed to do so by the EMS Director. In-County mutual aid requests. Contractor shall comply with direction regarding mutual aid which may be provided by the EMS Director or his/her designee and shall respond to mutual aid requests from other Alameda County agencies unless the Operations Supervisor or Dispatch/System Status Supervisor can verify that a given request would fundamentally cause immediate failure in a Deployment Zone. All mutual aid refusals are to be reported to the EMS Director the next business day following the refusal. Contractor shall maintain and document: the number and nature of internal Mutual Aid responses it makes into areas not part of the EOA; and, the number and nature of Mutual Aid responses made by other agencies to calls originating within the Contractor’s EOA. Contractor shall not be held accountable for Emergency Response Time compliance for any Mutual Aid assignment originating outside the EOA and these calls will not be counted in the total number of calls used to determine compliance. If Contractor utilizes Mutual Aid support from a specific agency at a level that is more than 125% of the Mutual Aid support that it provides that agency, Contractor will notify the EMS Agency of the discrepancy and collaboratively develop and implement a plan to reduce its Mutual Aid usage. If call volume for a specific agency is low, measurement of compliance will be postponed until the 100 call minimum is reached. Following the measurement of compliance based upon performance to the 100 accumulated calls, the call count for that Measurement Category will reset to zero.

For investment management services provided under this Agreement, the ADVISER’s fee shall be based upon a percentage (%) of the market value of the Assets under management in accordance with the fee schedule enclosed herewith as “Appendix A.” b. For financial planning services provided under this Agreement, the ADVISER’s fee is negotiable and shall be based on a percentage (%) of the market value of the Assets under management or advisement (generally, 1.00% of such assets), a project fee (generally, $1,000 to $15,000 per project), or an hourly fee (generally, $75 to $400 per hour), as mutually agreed upon in advance between the ADVISER and the CLIENT and set forth in writing on Appendix A. Huckleberry bases its fees on the level and scope of financial planning services provided.

  • Jury Service 46.1 Subject to this clause, Employees are entitled to leave and payment for jury service in accordance with the NES and the Juries Act 2000 (VIC). 46.2 An Employee (other than a casual Employee) called for jury service during ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by the Employer an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid by the Court and the amount of Ordinary Rate he/she would have received for the ordinary time hours for which the Employee’s attendance at the Court was required up to a maximum of 10 days’ pay. 46.3 The Employee will provide the Employer with proof of attendance, duration of attendance and amount received in respect thereof.

  • Service a. Any notice, request or demand required to be served on any party hereto shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be sufficiently served:- (i) If it is delivered personally to the address of the party provided pursuant to these Conditions of Sale or at the designated branch of the Assignee as stipulated herein; or (ii) If it is sent by prepaid registered post to the address of the party provided pursuant to these Conditions of Sale or by AR Registered Post to the designated branch of the Assignee as stipulated herein; and such notice, request or demand shall be deemed to have been received (iii) If delivered personally at the time given by hand or courier; or (iv) If sent by prepaid registered post after 3 days of posting; or (v) If sent by AR Registered Post upon actual receipt. b. Any legal process issued may be served on any party in the same manner stipulated for the service of notice, request or demand and such legal process shall be deemed served in the same manner as for the notice, request or demand.
