Electronic Ordering Platform means an electronic ordering platform utilised by Netcare, whereby the Supplier may upload the Pricing Agreement in respect of the Goods/Services in accordance with clause 11;
Electronic prescription means a written prescription that is generated on an electronic application and is transmitted to a pharmacy as an electronic data file; Schedule II through V prescriptions shall be transmitted in accordance with 21 C.F.R. Part 1300.
Content Platform means all or any portion of a website containing written, video or photographic commentary, news or discussion on one or more particular topics (such as a blog) and that includes any Influencer Content.
