Electronically filed means uploading a pleading or document directly from the registered user’s computer, using the court’s internet-based system to file that pleading or document in the court’s case file. Sending a document or pleading to the court via e-mail does not constitute “electronic filing.” The court does not accept emailed or faxed documents for filing.
