Eligible Charitable Organization definition

Eligible Charitable Organization means an "Eligible Charitable Organization" as defined in TSXV Policies.

• Options may be granted to an Eligible Charitable Organization or a Director, Officer, Employee or Consultant of the Company or an Affiliate at the time the Option is granted.
