Any District employee who is determined, at the conclusion of the grievance process, to have engaged in sexual harassment will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
Such disclosures will be in accordance with current District policies, but will include, at a minimum, the name of the former District employee, a list of the positions the employee held in the last two (2) years of his or her employment with the District, and the dates the employee held those positions.
The Contractor shall not commit or permit any act that will interfere with the performance of work by another District contractor or by any District employee.
