Donation Program. A worker may voluntarily donate up to five (5) days of Annual Leave to the account of any other worker who has either an illness, or accident or who is on family leave and who has exhausted all of his/her Annual Leave based upon the following provisions: A donating worker shall be limited to a donation of up to five (5) days per program year. Any donation must be in a full work day increment. A donating worker must sign a form specified by the Director which will include the amount of time to be donated and to whom. The receiving worker's illness or accident must be verified in writing with a licensed medical practitioner. Any time not used by the receiving worker shall be left on his/her accrued annual leave time upon return to work.

Donation Program. An Employee may receive sick leave days, at full pay and benefits, donated from other bargaining unit employees with written consent of the donating employee and the written approval of the Board, provided: A. The receiving employee has used all his/her personal accumulated vacation, sick, and personal leave days, including the current year’s allotment due to an accident, injury, or illness.
Donation Program. During the term of this Agreement, employees may elect voluntarily to donate up to 37.5 hours of their accumulated sick leave to other employees if the receiving employee (a) is on approved leave without pay under the Family and Medical Leave Act or any state family and medical leave law; and (b) has exhausted all sick leave, vacation, personal leave and other paid leave available to the employee. INDG will administer the sick leave donation program.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Program 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end, and further to Section 5.08 of the General Conditions: (a) the Borrower and the Bank shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the Borrower’s macroeconomic policy framework and the progress achieved in carrying out the Program; (b) prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Bank for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Bank shall reasonably request; and (c) without limitation upon the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section, the Borrower shall promptly inform the Bank of any situation that would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program or any action taken under the Program including any action specified in Section I of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
