Eligible Unit means, at the Cut-Off Date, a Unit:
Eligible Vehicle means a motor vehicle that:
Administrative unit Means an administrative unit established under the Public Sector Act 2009 and includes an administrative unit established while this Enterprise Agreement remains in force;
Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.
Heavy Vehicle has the meaning given to it in the HNVL.
construction vehicle means a vehicle used as a means of conveyance for transporting persons or material, or persons and material, on and off the construction site for the purposes of performing construction work" construction work" means any work in connection with-
Eligible project means 1 or more of the following projects of a local unit that have been approved by the director and the state treasurer, including costs associated with a project necessary for issuance of evidences of indebtedness to finance the project:
All-terrain vehicle means either of the following:
Laden vehicle means, except where otherwise stated, a vehicle so laden as to attain its "maximum mass".
Zero-emission vehicle means a motor vehicle that is exclusively propelled by electricity or hydrogen from an external source.
Unladen vehicle means a vehicle without a driver, or passenger, and unladen, but with its fuel tank full and its normal complement of tools;
base vehicle means any vehicle which is used at the initial stage of a multi-stage type-approval process;
Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
Foreign vehicle means every motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer that is brought into the
All-terrain type I vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) means a vehicle that produces no emissions from the on- board source of power (e.g., All-Electric or hydrogen fuel cell vehicles).
Performance Unit means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10.
Eligible Property means property beneficially owned by a person or entity other than the Fund and held in a bank account maintained by BNYM for or on behalf of the Fund, or property held in a Fund shareholder account, which is (x) subject to reporting or escheat under an Unclaimed Property Law, (y) of a nature or type or classification reasonably related to the services performed by BNYM under this Agreement (such as cash amounts representing non-negotiated dividend checks and shares in abandoned shareholder accounts), and (z) under the control of BNYM.
Eligible Projects means projects as described in Schedule B.
Eligible Transferee means and include a commercial bank, financial institution or other "accredited investor" (as defined in Regulation D of the Securities Act).
designated sporting event generally means any association football match, whether national or international. The full legal definition of the different classes of designated sporting events may be found in the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Amendment) Order 2011, under Article 2(1) and 2(2) of Schedule 2.
Appropriate Unit means a unit of employee classes or positions, established pursuant to Article II hereof.
