Eligible Information definition

Eligible Information means information which is publicly available or which can be made public without violating any law, agreement, understanding or other restriction regarding the confidentiality of such information.

Eligible Information means any of the following items to the extent they come into existence after the date hereof: (i) any appraisals commissioned by the Mortgage Loan Borrower and delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (ii) any financial and/or operating statements delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower and/or any guarantor with respect to the Mortgage Loan, (iii) any environmental reports and updates delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (iv) copies of any leases delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (v) any rent rolls delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (vi) any insurance policies and confirmations of renewal of any such insurance policies delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (vii) statements as to the outstanding balances in all escrows and reserves, (viii) copies of tax bills and evidence of payment, and (ix) copies of title updates and any filed lien claims or judgments.
