Eligible Information definition

Eligible Information means information which is publicly available or which can be made public without violating any law, agreement, understanding or other restriction regarding the confidentiality of such information.

Eligible Information means any of the following items to the extent they come into existence after the date hereof: (i) any appraisals commissioned by the Mortgage Loan Borrower and delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (ii) any financial and/or operating statements delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower and/or any guarantor with respect to the Mortgage Loan, (iii) any environmental reports and updates delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (iv) copies of any leases delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (v) any rent rolls delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (vi) any insurance policies and confirmations of renewal of any such insurance policies delivered to the Lead Securitization Noteholder by the Mortgage Loan Borrower, (vii) statements as to the outstanding balances in all escrows and reserves, (viii) copies of tax bills and evidence of payment, and (ix) copies of title updates and any filed lien claims or judgments.

  • Balance Information We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Limitations: You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account. You may not make additional deposits into this account. You may not make withdrawals from your account until the maturity date. Time Account Information: Your account will mature in the term of the Certificate of Deposit. If you withdraw any of the principal before the maturity date, we may impose a penalty of 90 days interest on the amount withdrawn. This account will automatically renew.   • Personally Identifiable Information or “PII” means information in any format about an identifiable individual, including, name, address, phone number, e-mail address, account number(s), identification number(s), any other actual or assigned attribute associated with or identifiable to an individual and any information that when used separately or in combination with other information could identify an individual. “Issuer PII” means PII furnished by the Issuer, the Servicer or their Affiliates to the Asset Representations Reviewer and PII developed or otherwise collected or acquired by the Asset Representations Reviewer in performing its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Exempt Information means any information or class of information (including but not limited to any document, report, Agreement or other material containing information) relating to this Agreement or otherwise relating to the Provider, which potentially falls within an exemption to FOIA (as set out therein);

  • Borrower Information has the meaning given that term in Section 2.5.(c).

  • Rating Agency Information means any information provided for the purpose of (a) determining the initial credit rating for the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristics of the Receivables and the legal structure of the Offered Notes, and (b) undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristics and performance of the Receivables.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Rule 144A Information means the information specified pursuant to Rule 144A(d)(4) of the Securities Act (or any successor provision thereto).

  • Company Financial Information As defined in Section 2(a)(ii).

  • Generally Available Information means information that is accessible to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
